You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it . You will be responsible for the return shipping, which will be at your expense. We will then handle the quality control of the return to verify that the product meets our return policies. We will then endeavor to process your refund as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that the items are returned in new, unused condition, with the original tags and in the original packaging. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers); therefore, all purchases made with a VAT number are excluded.

All payments made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of return delivery costs).

To receive a refund, the returned goods must be intact and complete in all their parts, and in their original packaging. The customer is permitted only to handle the goods as necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any further handling that reduces the value of the goods or damage that renders them unusable may reduce or cancel the refund. Goods received at our warehouse with obvious damage will not be refundable.
